Exceptional breakfast quality

The room was huge, really spacious with high ceilings and character. The bed was incredibly comfy with plenty of cushions. Loved the unique bathroom setup too, very charming. You could tell it was a nice barn conversion. But the hot water ran out quickly, which was a bit of a hassle. the common areas felt a bit empty at times, could use more warmth. a cozy stay.

Quiet retreat with amazing breakfast

Had an awesome stay! The place is super quiet and tucked away in beautiful parkland, so perfect for evening strolls. The room was huge with a fab roll top bath. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, super tasty! Only bummer was a bit of a wait for check-in since the owner was out, but all was well in the end.

The Stables At Henham Park features beautifully decorated rooms with spacious layouts, complemented by stunning views of parkland and nearby countryside, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and tranquility.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

We had an amazing time exploring the stunning parkland and its tranquility. The breakfasts were simply delicious, with a great variety that catered to everyone, even my picky teenage daughter. The family room was comfortable and spacious, which made it perfect for us.

In my wife's opinion, having more child-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

We had a fantastic getaway with friends. The rooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed kayaking and windsurfing in the nearby waters. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were super friendly. Just a heads up , expect a charming, rustic experience which might feel a bit old-fashioned at times.

I did find it a bit inconvenient that the hot water ran out quickly after a few showers, which made it tough for our group to all freshen up in the morning.

Had a lovely stay with my family last week. the spacious triple room was spotlessly clean and the cozy living area with board games was a nice touch! We really enjoyed the self-serve bar downstairs, and although the shower cubicle felt a bit cramped, it didn’t dampen our overall experience. Definitely bring your appetite for breakfast, it’s worth it! 😊

The barn conversion exudes charm with a lovely, quiet atmosphere. the cleanliness was disappointing, particularly with cluster flies in the room and bathroom. While breakfast was delightful, featuring outstanding scrambled eggs, the limited honesty bar and cramped bedding were issues that detracted from the experience. the stay had its bright spots but was marred by significant cleanliness and service concerns.

I felt utterly enchanted during my stay! The expansive parkland was perfect for leisurely walks, with native wildlife peeking around every corner. Breakfast was a culinary delight, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients cooked to perfection!
